By accessing and using SWIX Cloud ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

SWIX Cloud provides cloud storage services that allow users to store, manage, and share files through our web platform. We offer various storage plans with different features and storage limits.

3. User Accounts

To use our Service, you must:

  • Create an account with accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your password and account
  • Be at least 13 years old or have parental consent
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Upload or share illegal, harmful, or offensive content
  • Violate any intellectual property rights
  • Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Abuse or overload our infrastructure

5. Storage Plans and Billing

We offer multiple storage plans:

  • Free Plan: 5GB storage with basic features
  • Pro Plan: 100GB storage with advanced features
  • Ultra Plan: 1TB storage with premium features

Paid plans are billed monthly. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis.

6. Content Ownership and Rights

You retain all rights to the content you upload to SWIX Cloud. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

7. Data Security and Privacy

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption and secure storage protocols. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information about data handling.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted according to our data retention policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

SWIX Cloud is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including data loss or service interruptions.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
